Allocations
When you first log in you will be offered an initial allocation from any remaining wines this year. Once you have made a purchase from your allocation, even if you did not purchase all your allocated wines, your allocation will not be available to purchase again until our next release. Your future allocations grow - or decrease - based on your purchase history. Occasionally, we may be able make additional wines available in between releases and will contact you.
Email and Password
If we have assigned a temporary email and password to access your allocation, we recommend you update and customize them. When you first log-in you will be taken to the ACCOUNT INFORMATION screen. Click ACCOUNT OPTIONS to update your EMAIL. To update your PASSWORD click NEW PASSWORD from the ACCOUNT INFORMATION screen. If you forget your password, there is a link to have the password emailed to your from the LOG IN screen. Log in information is case sensitive.
Payment Information
You have the option of saving your payment information encrypted on our secure server for faster check-out in the future. Log-in and click CHANGE OPTIONS from the ACCOUNT INFORMATION page. Click SAVE MY PAYMENT INFORMATION. If you are saving payment information already, you may edit and delete payment methods by clicking CHANGE PAYMENT from the ACCOUNT INFORMATION screen. Also, if you have opted to SAVE PAYMENT INFORMATION, your payment information will automatically be saved when you make a purchase.
Purchase Cobb Wines
Cobb Wines production is limited. If you have already registered, please Log In to purchase your allocation. If you are not already registered, Sign Up and you will be offered an initial allocation from any remaining wines this year. We respect your privacy, so your information will not be shared with third parties.
Shipping
Shipping is calculated based on the weight of your order and your shipping zip code. We begin shipment of all our wines a few weeks after March 15. You will receive an email with an estimated date of arrival prior to your shipment so you can be sure an adult is present to sign for the wine.
Taxes
Taxes are calculated based on your Shipping Zip code and vary State by State. When you are placing an order, the SHIPPING AND PAYMENT screen will confirm your tax total and rate. As you add items to your CART, you may be asked to click RECALCULATE to update the tax calculation.
