The Vineyard
Coastlands Vineyard, owned and farmed by the Cobb family, is the original planting of Cobb Wines and represents some of the oldest pinot noir vines on the Sonoma Coast. This 15-acre vineyard has an elevation of 900 to 1,200 feet, and sits on a ridge that overlooks the Pacific Ocean four miles to the west. The varieties of pinot noir at Coastlands include Pommard, Martini, Wadenswil, and Mt. Eden.
Tasting Notes
Winemaker’s notes: Aromas and flavors of raspberry, cherry and plum. Also minerals, vanilla, and earth. Crisp acidity, rich tannins, and a long, smooth finish. 150 cases made.

Technical Notes
150 cases produced. Aged in Francois Freres and Remond barrels for 15 months. 13.9% alcohol.
